Hi, How do I fix my desktop icons in place, and stop them from rearranging every time I start up, or download something new? Also,useful, but not as essential, can I put an icon outside the usual pattern, on the other side of the desktop for instance, and fix it there? If this isn't included in windows, am happy to receive advice about an application or software which will help.
